To be a successful entrepreneur, you better start being a minimalist. It means you don’t start a business with everything. A minimalist starts the business with just enough to get it going, but not much more than that.
Why do I encourage you to be a minimalist? Because you’re going to waste so much money on bad ideas and things that aren’t that important, and we need you to have some of that money for when you get that great idea.
Think of being a minimalist; what’s the least amount it would take to start this business? What’s the least amount of office space you need? What’s the least amount of warehouse space? Whatever it is, start with the least amount. It’ll save cash and cash is oxygen.
