- Increase your revenue by selling more. Focus 2 would be on a better sales team, more sales training or just create a higher expectation.
- Reward growth. Focus 3 is one making growth a priority and by rewarding those who make it happen.
- More income streams. Focus 4 is on adding new offerings that compliment your core business and serve your existing target customer.
- Expand your footprint. Focus 5 is on more locations.

Culture is great but it rarely produces growth so don’t focus on it if growth is the goal.
