  3. Measurable—Example: We want to increase annual revenue by 7%.
  4. Timetable—Example: By end-of-year.
  5. Plan to make a reality. Example: Improve revenue by increasing our advertising budget and improving our brand this next year.
  6. Motivate—they need to motivate you as well as team members. Example: Grow revenue by 7% this year, 2020, by improving our marketing strategy.
