What separates great companies from those that don’t do as well? Let’s find out in this week’s teaching lesson…
Maintain Great Leadership
It all stems from leadership. Great companies have great leader who have focus and know what they are trying to achieve.
Innovate
Great companies recognize the need to innovate and implement change quickly, sometimes even before they have to. Examples would be retail chains moving heavily into e-commerce, or Chick-fil-A expanding their drive thrus during the pandemic.
Execute at a High Level
This is the ability to get things done. Great leadership and a great team leads to great execution. Plans need to be laid out and responsibilities handed out that is conducive to great execution.
Leverage Everything at Their Disposal
Great companies leverage the assets they have, such as we do with the land we own underneath our business offices. Amazon leverages their cloud computing technology. You can also leverage cash and debt.
