You need to be so visible and heard that EVERYBODY knows you’re out there. Most people have LAZY marketing. We find something that works and we beat that horse until it doesn’t work anymore and then hold onto it for two years beyond that.

Sometimes the loudest competitor isn’t always the best performer, just as it is in sports. If you talk big game, you gotta be able to back it up!
Be Hungrier Than Your Competition
I WANT this more than you. I want my company to be better than you! I’m consumed by it. I tell my team to treat the beginning of every week as if we have ZERO customers and ZERO dollars in the bank. That’s my “Monday Mentality”. We have great customers and plenty of money in the bank, but that’s not my mindset.
