What Should Entrepreneurs Never Do?

Three Important Things To Consider
- BET THE FARM. I encourage calculated risk where you do your due diligence. You want to minimize risk at every chance—yes there is always some degree of risk, but it does not always need to require “betting the farm.”
- BE BLINDED BY PASSION. I love golfing—that does not mean I start a driving range. I would encourage you to follow a profitable idea and it will pay for all your passions.
- HIRING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Staffing is a skill. Don’t just take the easy way by hiring those you know and feel comfortable with. You want the best talent, those who will challenge your ideas.
