I have found successful businesses leave footprints, so I model my businesses after other successful businesses in my industry.
A successful business model does a few things well:
- Manufactures a great product and a price you can sell it for that makes your ample profit.
- Creates consistency in delivering your product or service to the custom.
- Provides customer service.
- Allows your business to be profitable.
Think systems (ie. McDonalds) when you are creating your business model. You want to develop a model that leaves little to chance. This will allow new employees and average employees to excel from day one in your company.
