Reject outside investors from investing in your startup when:
- You don’t need the money.
- They are requesting too much ownership in return.
- They are charging too much interest on the investment.
- They would want to interject themselves into the business and interfere.
- You have a gut feeling it is just not a good fit.
- The person or investors have questionable character or personal history.
