How do I say no to customer asks without jeopardizing the deal?
Prior to going into any contract or agreement with a customer or client have the expectations/commitments to fulfill clearly spelled out so you do not have to give more than what you have agreed upon. I have heard customers for years say “I thought” that was include to which I respond “I cannot give you what you thought was include however I am happy to give you what I have agreed to provide you.”
