What type of business or service struggles the most because of its customers?
You don’t want to start a business where the customers you serve are near impossible to make happy as I have had this with a house cleaning and window cleaning companies I owned in a very wealthy area. You have to create a reasonable expectation that your employees can meet or they just feel like they are going to fail which is not a good thing to have.
