If someone wants to run my business model in another city (like a branch), how much equity should he get? How much of that new city business equity share should my existing non-executive partners get (currently they are 15%+15% and I’m on 70%)?
I would be open to a 50/50 profit split with someone who is doing all the work.
15% will rarely keep someone interested for long and they will bail and start their own is what ends up happening. My advice 50% of something you do nothing for is not bad. If it requires a great deal of startup then you may need to put some percentage that goes to paying down that amount such as 30%, then 50/50 split.
