Accept from the beginning you will make the best decision possible and quickly, as this is often where many get stuck, based on the information you have at the time. I genuinely believe 95% of the business decisions I have made were right at the time I made them but quickly after making the decision things changed that I had not accounted for.
Quick Rules:
- Make a decision fast based on the information you have. Get the information you need quickly so you can make this decision.
- Surround yourself with a few advisors who you trust and run the big decision by them to get their feedback.
- Make the decision and do everything possible to make it work.
- Be open to it being a wrong decision that needs to be altered if things are not going as planned.
