Anything that would make you $5k in a day will either be a crime or a regret so please just talk to the lawyer and work out a payment plan. In most cases just share the reality of your situation and that you fully intend to pay it. If this is for services not yet rendered offer to pay it back with interest and try to come up with a down payment of some sort.
