How do you manage someone’s performance?
How to get the best performance out of employees and team members:
- Establish what level of performance you expect. This needs to be measurable with results.
- Periodically (every 90 days, may every 30 when they start) review their performance to see if they are meeting expectations.
- Share with them how they can improve performance
- Reward someone who is giving an outstanding performance based on the measurable you initially established.
