Does setting up a fake business cost money? I’m planning to set up my fake corporation, well somehow, I would like to make it idle, and eventually turning it out into a profitable business when the time comes.
Start the corporation when you are serious if not you are wasting your time and a little money. I can’t for the life of me see any advantage in setting up an idle company unless there was somehow a tax benefit that I don’t see in this case.
