For all the people in customer service, what tips do you have for making small talk with new and old customers? I can’t do small talk but I’m trying so it would be much appreciated.
Don’t make small talk just become genuinely interested in other people. Just begin a curiosity in others that is evident in you asking thoughtful questions and listening to their answers.
