When an investor wants to invest on your clothing company but you are not sure or you are not ready but you know you need investors since you have no cash to invest, what would you do? Or ask to the investor?
You actually have very little to lose as without the money you won’t have a company. I would just make sure you get enough to get the company not only off the ground but running. This person will probably want a piece of ownership but don’t give 50% or more. I would also make sure the investor agrees to fund the company as needed for the first 2 years.
