How do big companies decide which startups that they want to partner with if there are so many startups who want to partners with big companies?
They look for future technology and or somewhere this venture will give them a competitive advantage. They buy based on fear, they don’t want your company to ever get big, or because you have something that brings value to the company. Next, there is synergy somewhere between the 2 companies and finally, you have a team they want. Microsoft has been following this formula for over 30 years.
