WHEN TO LET A CONTRACT GO

Not sure if you are saying Contractor or Contract so I will answer both.

Let a contractor go when they are no longer providing the services you are paying them for in the speed, quality or cost you had agreed on or you can find someone better for less.

Let a contract go when the client is no longer worth the aggregation. What they are paying is not worth the amount of time, energy, and aggregation involved. I NEVER regretted the client (contract) I walked away from NEVER ONCE but have only regretted the ones I kept.
