The biggest mistake small business owners make is doing their own payroll and using employee allotted money that should have been escrowed to be used for operating expenses believing you will pay it back and then running short owing the IRS money. ALWAYS USE A PAYROLL COMPANY IS MY ADVICE TO AVOID THIS. I HAVE 2 CPA’S THAT WORK FOR ME AND I STILL USE AN OUTSIDE PAYROLL COMPANY.
