What is or was the most successful partnership you agreed on and entered into?
My most successful partnerships have always had these components:
They brought something to the equation I did not have such as time, expertise, filled a critical role in operations, and/or capital.
Second, they needed to be trustworthy. Having to worry about someone stealing is no fun. I have had that once and it was a nightmare.
You don’t need to be best friends but there needs to be workable chemistry (Ying and Yang) that just fits. Normally I attract people different than me as I am high energy and more of a risk-taker.
