Customer value is what are you offering your customers that they perceive as valuable.

You should not only offer a product or service a value proposition as to why they should choose your business over your competition. An example of this was when Dominos Pizza offered a hot pizza in 30 minutes or less. The competition was delivering pizza but Dominos solved what customers really valued hot pizza and fast. What does your target customer value most? Now give it to them.

Customer satisfaction is you providing what the customer has paid for with the promises/ claims/ warrantees you have committed to. It is doing what you said you would do exactly the way you promised.
