How do you determine how many employees to hire?
Labor is normally your most expensive cost in starting and operating a business so DON’T OVERHIRE.
Ask yourself these staffing questions: (think like a baseball manager who is writing out his lineup card- what position do you need players in?)
List who will open the doors, handle office work, sales, management, manufacturing, etc. etc. Just make a list of every person needed to open your doors and then you will know who you need.
BONUS: If you have an established business WHAT ONE HIRE could help the company the most?
