Why does an open-minded person succeed more in pursuing businesses?
I am not convinced being open-minded has anything to do with success. I have met many successful people who once they have something set in their minds you will have a hard time changing it. I think you’re open-minded on a given subject until you are not and what I mean is at some point you get enough experience or information to where you create you own opinion. I don’t think successful people stay open-minded on every subject indefinitely. I would argue Bill Gates is fairly firm in many subject matters. Try changing Elon Musk’s view of space and electric cars.
