Is a small coffee shop business still a viable business to start in lieu of the market dominance of Starbucks?
If you can find a great location with traffic not next to Starbucks and create some niche that makes your coffee shop different and better then absolutely. You need to be able to answer this question “What would make someone want to come to my coffee shop over Starbucks?”
