Why should an entrepreneur focus on all aspects of business activities?
The entrepreneur is the head coach in that they put together or at least sign off on the plan for the game. A good entrepreneur should have a team of great assistants who help implement and execute the plan devised. The key activities of any successful business are acquiring, selling, and fulfillment. If you cannot acquire, sell and fulfill (give customers what they paid for you will be out of business.
