There’s a disconnect between what you’re offering and what they’re expecting. Your products do not perform what they want or to the level they want. You never understood the scope of work from the beginning.
Cost Problem
You started with one price and now it’s gotta be THIS price. This is a communication problem or contract problem. Make it so a 12 year-old can understand what you are charging and changes are clearly noted.
Timing Problem
The expectation was to receive a product or service by such a time and it was delayed. Do not sell anything that you have not gone through the entire buyer process with first.
Whatever the problem is, do your best to make it right, especially if it’s your fault. Some customers will never be happy.
