With a weekly goal, you don’t have to win every single day. When you’re trying to create a consistent habit, winning four or five days of the week is acceptable. You can lose a day or two and still win the week! A week affords you 5-7 days to knock out a big domino! At the end of the year, you will have knocked out 52 dominos!

You may have a good morning routine but something happens and you can’t complete it. You miss a workout, or you miss your diet goals. But you don’t have to let this ruin the week. You can still win 4 days a week, 5 days a week, 6 days a week. It’s easier to create consistent habits and create big wins every week

Breaking goals over the course of 52 weeks is an advantage too. Say I want to add 10 pounds of muscle. I need to add protein to my diet. Now I can break out a goal to consume X additional protein in my diet each week to move towards this goal.

You could break out writing a book in this format by setting an amount of pages to write each week, etc. You can also apply this to the stages of creating a new business or scaling an existing one, forwarding company initiatives, saving, etc.

If you can accomplish 52 major items a year, you’re going to be moving the needle!
