How do I find a business partner for an already established company?
I would run an employment add and if I found a great candidate I would hire them first as an employee and if they work out I would make them a partner. You can share this intent at the initial interview that you are looking for a partner. I have done this before and it works and I have many successful companies that I have partnerships in.
