How do you get people to invest in your company if you don’t have family?
I have never had a family member invest in one of my startups as I only go to people I believe could afford to lose their investment as a startup. Startups are far from guaranteed returns. I go to friends and associates who have the resources and like to invest; people who are seeking a nice return on their investment and have extra funds to invest.
