Can you explain why entrepreneurs can embrace failure while engineers are trained to avoid it?
An engineer’s brain works a little differently than an entrepreneur. They, an engineer, need absolutes to move forward. They prevent risk and don’t want any risk. An entrepreneur embraces a degree of risk and knows they cannot eliminate it so they embrace it as a part of the process. I hire engineers once I get my company up because they make great employees.
