Don’t spend a penny that is not absolutely needed to get proof of concept and or acquires customers. Think like a minimalist. Your goal is to just get this business breathing and that is where your money needs to go towards. Test things in small samples so you don’t waste money on things (marketing, manufacturing, etc.) that don’t work or can be done in smaller sizes. Don’t fall for the pitch of buying more and saving money. As a startup, you always buy small and pay more because, in the end, you save more this way. No long term leases on anything.
