Should a business focus on profits or focus on the impact it makes on customers’ lives?
One answers the other. If you have a product or service that improves/ impacts someone’s life, and you can market this correctly, the money should be the easy part.
People buy for 3 reasons. It could be argued all 3 impact someone’s life for the better.
- You solve a problem (help them sleep better, improve their energy, etc.)
- You meet a need (groceries, gas, mow their lawn, etc.)
- Fulfill a desire (high-end car or jewelry, vacation, etc.)
