How can someone, male or female, become the greatest CEO ever? What do you think he/she should do to achieve such title?
Being a CEO and Entrepreneur are completely different. Some of the greatest CEOs of the last 100 years did not found the company they led such as Jack Welch (GE), Lee Iacocca (Chrysler) and Louis V. Gerstner (IBM). A CEO more often comes from serving in the company for years showing they understand the industry, company culture as well as displaying exceptional leadership over there time with the company.
