How much power does a company president have compared to the CEO?
It depends on the established hierarchy as you could have a President of a company and no CEO. But assuming you have a CEO that person would be the day to day most powerful person in the organization only answering to the board and or the founder (chairman of the board) however it is set up. Remember Steve Jobs was CEO of Apple when he got fired.
