How do you Recruit Talent as a Startup with very little money to pay them?
- Be passionate about your company and its future. If you are not excited about it no one else will be.
- Create your Vision for the Company that not only excites you, but will excite others.
- Be able to communicate briefly during the interview process your vision of the company. This needs to get others excited about joining your team because they are excited about what this company will become.
- People come to work for more reasons than money so don’t focus on what you can pay them. Share how they will be a part of something exciting.
- Share how you see this person being a critical and valuable member of your startup team. PEOPLE LIKE TO FEEL NEEDED AND WANTED.
