Ask YOURSELF these 4 questions BEFORE you decide to leave or enter a corporate job verses starting a business:
- What do you want to do for the rest of your life?
- Do you want to build another persons business or your own?
- Do you want to help get someone else rich or yourself?
- Do you have a passion to build something of your own?
There is nothing wrong with being an employee—I am very grateful for those who have helped me build my businesses—but I believe they would admit that I have a relentless burning desire to succeed in starting and building my companies.
If you want to leave your day job to build a startup, I believe you will need the same thing: a relentless burning desire to succeed.
