Who do I talk to about starting a business?
I am not a big fan of talking to anyone about what I am going to do. I am a big fan of doing it.
Assuming you are just asking who can you talk to for help then you may want to contact SCORE.org. It is the largest organization of volunteer business experts. The problem with talking to people about what you want to do is there will be someone who discourages your dream and you just might listen to them.
