What problems are faced by businesses regarding contracts with other businesses?
It is always a good practice to have contracts/ agreements prepared or at the very least reviewed by your attorney to make sure the agreement is not one-sided and not to your favor.
As a rule any repetitive agreements we start seeing ourselves using we want to become standardized and prepared by our lawyer and YES we want it to favor us. The general rule is whoever prepared the contract has an agreement to their advantage.
