What defines a successful business?
What separates a successful business from a struggling business is generally revenue and most importantly profit.
If your company is not profitable it will not be in business much longer so being profitable is the most important measuring stick. You can then add altruistic qualities such as:
- Do you improve the world?
- Do customers love your company?
- Do you have a great culture and do people love working for you?
