What are the advantages and disadvantages of being the first versus late mover in a given market?
Why be first? Often times you cannot catch up as the Camaro FOLLOWED the Ford Mustang and has never caught up to the popularity and or sales of the Mustang. However, Google was not the first search engine to you don’t have to first if your product/service is a vast improvement on what currently exists.
