THE SALES PROCESS in 6 STEPS
- Have a product you personally believe in so you can sell it with confidence.
- Build a rapport with your potential customers.
- Communicate what your product/ service offers and how it can meet the need your customer wants. Don’t sell let them buy. If it solves a problem, meets a needs, satisfies a want/ desire they will have an interest.
- Think like a consultant, not a salesperson. Answer their questions and let them (encourage them) to ask questions.
- Ask for their business. Yes, ask for the sale.
- If they do not buy, follow up in a timely manner and ask for the sale again.
