- Start a business the marketplace wants not what you think it wants (beta test your idea)
- Don’t spend a dime on anything extra. Just get if off the ground. Think minimalist.
- Don’t start a business you would not bet our life on – FEEL THAT CONFIDENT
- What one hire or partner would dramatically increase the odds of the business being successful? Bring that person on board NOW.
- Do a basic business plan to know all your costs to launch and continue operating.
- Know how you are going to attract customers.
