I just turned 15 and I would like to start a business, but I don’t know what to sell. How should I sell & what should I sell?
You have the right idea—learning to sell is, in my opinion, the most important quality you can have in ever being a great entrepreneur. You will spend a lifetime selling your ideas to employees, potential employees, partners, investors, banks, and others.
Find a product that you believe in and that pays good commission. If I were you I would consider Cutco Knives. I sold them in graduate school and made a fortune. (It’s an incredible product with a great direct sales model.)
Whatever you choose, find an established and reputable company to sell for. Start now reading sales books or listening to sales podcasts. Grant Cardone, Zig Ziglar and Brian Tracy have tremendous sales training material available. Cardone is high-energy and great for someone your age.
