Ask the questions everyone should ask when starting or considering starting a business:

Who is most likely to need, want, or desire to buy my product or service?

When you find this answer—don’t start a business until you do—then ask yourself, “where do i find this customer?” And, “how can I communicate (market) to them?”

Early on in business, there is no substitute for making phone calls, sending emails and calling on (going into their business and introducing yourself and your company) to potential customers.
