Manager

What does that mean? Somebody within your group needs to be able to control the operations. Everybody wants to be an entrepreneur, but there has to be somebody overseeing operations. There needs to be somebody who’s constantly delivering on the promises you set out for your customers.

As the owner, there will be critical periods where you and only you will need to be the manager. You’ll need to start this project, you’ll need to push it along and you need to be able to set the objectives. There needs to be somebody strategically managing all the operations. There’s no substitute for having a manager.
