If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, it’s hard to do it just by yourself; you have to build a team.
I want you to think of being a team builder and what does it take to be a team builder? First, it’s realizing that you can’t do everything by yourself. Next, it’s realizing what your strengths are, but what are your weaknesses? Where do you need other players on your team and what positions do you need to put them in?
So to be a team builder, you understand, you need help, you understand where you need help, and then you start recruiting help. So start looking around, start interviewing and start realizing that you need to add people to your team. Be able to identify talent, be able to identify the needs that you have and start building that team because when you start building a team, then you can build a great business.
