- Marketing- are we attracting enough customers
- Target Customer is not who you thought it was so the message is not resonating
- Sales- whoever is doing it needs to be replaced or re-trained.
- Profit margins are too small
- Competitive Advantage is weak and nonexistent
- Bad idea and nobody wants what you are selling
- Bad timing- good idea but bad timing
