  3. Do not share the same core values.
  4. Do not each bring a critical resource to the partnership (time, expertise, fulfill a key responsibility, capital, experience).
  5. NO Rules of Engagement—how the partnership will function and operate moving forward. (Example: Who breaks the tie when you have 2 partners and you both disagree?)
